With cinema witnessing such a great overhaul, it’s wonderful to see how short films, as a growing genre, have made such an impact. Applauding such brilliant filmmakers and actors for their work is the Filmfare Short Film Awards. After two successful editions, it’s the third time when the esteemed jury members picked top winners in five different categories. Making the big announcement today were Filmfare editor Jitesh Pillaai and actress Vidya Balan.
