Ace director Rohit Shetty's love for cars is known to one and all. Rohit is one of the few directors, who has a penchant of blowing up cars in his films in elaborate action sequences. The director recently added a lovely SUV into his personal collection. He brought home a luxurious Lamborghini Urus.
The Instagram handle of Lamborghini Mumbai shared a picture of Rohit Shetty posing with his new car. The caption read: "An extraordinary car for an extraordinary personality. Lamborghini Mumbai delivers Urus to one of India's most successful filmmakers – @itsrohitshetty. The imposing design and versatile performance of Urus truly reflects his personality. With its distinctive silhouette with a dynamic flying coupé line, Urus is the perfect masterpiece he needed, [sic]" read the caption.

Bollywood's love for Lamborghini is not new. Recently, Rohit's Simmba hero Ranveer Singh brought home a sparkling new Lamborghini Urus. Ranveer was seen zooming around town in his brand new ride. Automobile enthusiasts and experts in the field of swanky cars say the Urus is the world's first Super Sport Utility Vehicle - an SSUV.
On the work front, Rohit is busy with his next project, Sooryavanshi. Sooryavanshi is the fourth film of Shetty's cop drama universe in which Akshay Kumar is essaying the role of Veer Suryavanshi, a character that was introduced as an anti-terrorist squad officer in the Ranveer Singh-starrer 2018 film Simmba. Sooryavanshi will also have a cameo appearance of Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn. The trio shot for the high-octane action sequence at Ramoji Rao studio in Hyderabad last month.
Katrina Kaif will be seen as Akshay's love interest and Neena Gupta will essay the role of his mother. It also stars Gulshan Grover and Sikander Kher. This is the first time that Akshay has collaborated with Rohit for a project. Sooryavanshi is slated to release on March 27, 2020.
