After losing weight due to treatment, this is how Irrfan Khan looks now

Irrfan Khan's next, Akash Khurrana's Karwan, is coming up for release. The makers find themselves in a unique predicament due to the actor's absence. Irrfan is undergoing treatment for neuroendocrine tumour in London. As the film's other two actors, Malayalam star Dulquer Salmaan and web sensation Mithila Palkar, are making their Bollywood debut, Irrfan is being missed. Irrfan appears to have lost a lot of weight during the treatment. The accompanying pic is his latest, which is currently his DP.
Irrfan Khan had revealed about his condition through a heart-touching letter from London, "It's been quite some time now since I have been diagnosed with a high-grade neuroendocrine cancer. This new name in my vocabulary, I got to know, was rare, and due to fewer study cases, and less information comparatively, the unpredictability of the treatment was more. I was part of a trial-and-error game. I had been in a different game, I was travelling on a speedy train ride, had dreams, plans, aspirations, goals, was fully engaged in them. And suddenly someone taps on my shoulder and I turn to see. It's the TC: "Your destination is about to come. Please get down." I am confused: "No, no. My destination hasn't come." "No, this is it. This is how it is sometimes." (Read full letter)
Ronnie Screwvala's upcoming venture titled Karwaan revolves around 3 oddballs from different walks of life who are thrown together on a somewhat bizarre journey which helps them find normalcy in their lives. Karwaan follows Dulquer’s character Avinash who is forced to take a trip from Bangalore to Kochi. His friend, Shaukat, played by Irrfan Khan, accompanies him. While Avinash is reserved, Shaukat is a tad old school with a funny take on life. En route they pick up Mithila, a spunky teenager, and the road trip becomes even more enlightening.
