Sui Dhaaga Candid Clicks: Anushka Sharma-Varun Dhawan look unrecognisable as they shoot in Delhi
Anushka Sharma and Varun Dhawan have transformed their look for Sui Dhaaga and look completely UNRECOGNISABLE in the garb of Mamta and Mauji. Recently, new pictures of this lead pair have come up and boy, it has raised the intrigue level of this seemingly unconventional movie. Anushka and Varun are in de-glam role in the movie and their look is carefully created such that it blends with commoners in the background. The film is majorly shot in Chanderi in Madhya Pradesh and by the looks of it revolves around the life and times of weaver community of the region.
In the fresh stills, both Varun and Anushka are seen shopping in Delhi’s famous Connaught Place and look totally in their characters, oblivious to surroundings and fans thronging them. That is a characteristic of a great actor, na? The movie is directed by Sharat Katariya and produced Maneesh Sharma and is described as a very rooted, pan Indian film which has a balance of humour, emotions and drama. It also drives a very important message home.
Apart from Sui Dhaaga, Varun has some really interesting projects with him. He has Shoojit Sircar’s October coming up with newcomer Banita Sandhu and has signed a film with Katrina Kaif. It is touted to be the BIGGEST dance film ever made and is directed by Remo D’souza and produced by T-Series.
