AR Rahman makes rare public appearance with wife Saira at Sridevi's party

Boney Kapoor turned a year older on Saturday. Wife Sridevi and daughters Jhanvi and Khushi organised a bash in Chennai. Several B-Town folk like Shabana Azmi, Manish Malhotra and Gauri Shinde flew in to ring in his big day.

The centre of attention was A R Rahman, who made a rare appearance at a party, with wife Saira. Azmi shared a picture from the event on Twitter and wrote, "Lovely evening, fab food."
