Alia Bhatt is counting days for her next release 'Raazi'

Alia Bhatt is one next-gen actress, who has forayed both into commercial cinema and content-driven films. Though her debut was a big banner Karan Johar film, 'Student of The Year', she proved her acting prowess, in the second outing itself, 'Highway', which wasn't a typical Bollywood potboiler. She shared screen space with Randeep Hooda and won million hearts with her phenomenal acting chops. She has smartly balanced her professional moves.

The actress is now all set to woo everyone with her latest film, 'Raazi' by Meghna Gulzar. Also, starring Vicky Kaushal, the film is based on author Harinder Sikka's novel, 'Calling Sehmat'. Alia kept treating her fans with several pictures from the shoot location of 'Raazi', and now that the team has completed the shooting schedule, they are excitingly waiting for the film's release.

Alia is literally counting days for the film to hit the theatres. On Saturday, she took to her Instagram page and posted a picture of hers with the caption, 'Six Months To Raazi'. Dressed in a grey attire, long earrings, and soft pink lips, she is looking every bit of a Kashmiri girl. Alia plays the character of a spy, who gets married to a Pakistani official essayed by Vicky. He also took to his social media page and wrote, "11.05.2018 #6monthstoRaazi."

Co-producer of this film and Alia's mentor, friend, Karan Johar also shared Alia's poster and wrote, "A journey of love, intrigue and many secrets …#6monthstoRaazi." As we mentioned earlier, Alia kept sharing glimpses from the sets, she also posted a long emotional message on the last day of the shoot. She wrote, "And we wrapped #RAAZI last night... Last days are always very emotional because you live with the character for soo many months and then you have to let it go. This is pretty much how our life looked like on set – My director and I just totally lost in our own little world, hope you guys love the film as much as we loved making it."
