"The train will halt at several stations including Vapi, Surat, Baruch, Baroda, Ratlam, Kota, Savai Modhopur and Mathura. The team wants to combine the work trip with a fair share of play," added the source. SRK will also apparently get off at all the stations to promote the film.
"The film’s team is currently trying to obtain the necessary permissions and is looking into issues like security. Shah Rukh is also planning to mingle with his co-passengers and distribute merchandise like sunglasses and lockets, which he wears in the film," informs the source.
Set in Gujarat, Raees touches upon the crumbling of the alcohol industry in the state among other illegal activities. In the past, Imtiaz Ali, along with Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone had hopped on to a Delhi bound train to promote their film Tamasha.
